So my iPad is 5th gen and running the latest iPadOS 16 so is iMovie pre-installed?
steps to repredouce:
1 turn on the iPad with a clean install
2 press the app thing that pulls up all apps and type in the text box iMovie
3 check if it is there
so please tell me if it’s my iPad

I don't think iMovie is pre-installed. You have to get it from the app store.
Does iMovie run on iPad by default or is my iPad being weird?
