Apple Mail is not working in MacBook Pro

when i try to configure the IMAP Email in Apple Mail It shows Offline and I am not able to get Emails

can anyone help me with this.

  5. Reboot the MacBook Pro to potentially resolve application and connectivity problems.
  6. Ensure correct password entry; incorrect passwords prevent email account synchronization.
  7. Confirm no service outages or maintenance affecting email provider’s operations.
  8. Temporarily disable firewall or security software to check for interference with email.
  9. Install the latest macOS updates to fix bugs and improve application functionality.
  10. Delete and recreate the email account in Apple Mail for troubleshooting purposes.
