Need to make apple id balance 0

If you are trying to zero your balance and still have a valid credit or debit card, you may purchase an item from the App or iTunes Stores for more than your balance. The remainder will be billed to your card, leaving you with nothing in your account balance.

Alternatively, you could ask Apple Support to remove and keep the balance. Remember that the people on this forum are just other Apple products users like yourself and are unable to do this for you. If you choose the asking Apple option use the direct link I just provided. You can use the general support link at Official Apple Support but it will just eventually lead you to the link above after you spend several minutes exploring the support web site. From what others have reported I think Apple has a new system that makes it very, very hard to get support from outside the country with which your account is associated. You need a live person for this, but Apple has made it essentially impossible to do that in certain places. You used to be able to do it, but they have shut you out completely now as far as I can tell. This is particularly hard if you are in Bangladesh where Apple does not do business (so there's no point in having your ID set to it, if you even can set it to Bangladesh). There isn't any Apple Bangladesh support, and I get the impression that you cannot use Apple India support unless you are in India.

Apple does not use WhatsApp. I provided the only methods I know of for contacting Apple.
