An iMovie video has been completed and downloaded, then I removed this project from the iMovie library to conserve space. Can I reinstall this completed video into iMovie and make revisions to and/or add photos and videos? Thanks. Bill

Short answer, yes but it may not be quite as convenient as if you still had your original project intact.
Try it and see. Import your video, put it in the timeline and add whatever you want wherever you want.

Do a Modify/Split Clip at various points in the movie to create segments. Then edit the segments. You can pretty much do anything except remove previously embedded edits. You also can trim or delete the segments, and/or add new clips. Even without creating segments you can do Picture in Picture, Cutaways, titles, music, anywhere along the timeline.

Only allows me to add at the front and rear. Nothing inside the existing video. Regards
