Billing Problem but I have no unpaid payments

iPhone 7 Plus. my App Store says I have a billing problem but when I check my purchase history there is no unpaid payments so what’s the issue?


I’ve also tried updating my payment method but it still says I can’t use this payment method even though I have funds on it

You will need to actually speak to Apple Support to sort out this type of issue.
