imovie on iPhone 14Pro Max freezes with cinematic video

I just edited a video on my iphone 14 pro max using imovie. I have never had a problem because i just used the regular 4k videos. I tried to edit with cinematic videos, and after i was finished and tried to export the video but it did not work. Now I cannot even open the imovie project on my phone as it just freezes. Any suggestions? This is the second time encountering this problem. I uninstalled and re-installed imovie so I had to start from scratch. The same thing happened.
