Alarms disappeared from my phone

Last night I went to the clock-alarm feature built into the iPhone to turn on an alarm. All 15 alarms that I have preset on my phone since I bought it years ago, were gone. Not a single alarm was there. The phone was on my nightstand. No one touched it and I did not update it recently. I just spent over an hour in chat with an apple customer service rep. They had no explanation as to why this happened or how to prevent it in the future. They kept telling me to turn off my attention aware feature. I told them that it has been off since I got the phone. They told me again to turn it off. I sent them a screenshot showing that it is off. They sent the article again and told me not to turn it on. I told them AGAIN that it has been turned off for ages so it could not have had anything to do with 15 preset alarms disappearing from my phone. They then told me to update to the newest version of iOS. It is updated. They have no answer.
