Insert extra bars/sections in GarageBand on Mac

I can't find any way at all to insert extra bars in GarageBand on Mac.

For example, I want to insert extra bars in the middle of an existing group of tracks - but there does not seem to be any way to do this.

Any help would be much appreciated as the forum information is outdates and does not seem to be applicable anymore to the latest version of GarageBand for Mac.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.5
