I have a XFX AMD Radeon RX 580 8G for my Mac Pro 2010 running Mojave. It’s saying (No Signal) when I turn monitor on

My graphic card in my 2010 Mac Pro running macos Mojave 10.14.6 stopped working. I just purchased the XFX RADEON RX 580 8GB Graphics card. I installed the card, then turned on the Mac Pro it chimed and cut on the graphic card lights and fans are on and working but when I cut on my monitor, it’s saying no signal. I reset the NVRAM and I also did the hold down the option key on start up, still saying (no signal). Can someone help me fix this problem so I can get my Mac back up and running please. Thank you all in advance
