How do I avoid hackers from spying on my iPhone ?

If any of what your saying is true, you would have stopped using the phone years ago.

All you need to do is run Safety Check to:

• Change your Apple ID Password
• Change your device passcode
• Review who else is logged into your account
• Review information you are sharing to others.

If a person logged into this website with your Apple ID, then they know your Password. Changing the password will stop that from happening.

This is wrong. Apple devices have been compromised. It's not common but to say that it can't happen is giving people misinformation.
