Have iPad 2.2 and a number of garageband projects, i have been able to create an icloud email address and in GB selected export to email. The GB tune is sent but upon trying to play the tune on my MacBPro i see the music file says error and i am unable to play the exported song. Anyone know any fixes or alternative methods to export these old GB projects so i can save the tunes off for prosperity?
I have now been able to grab some of these files using a 3rd party app, save them and play them. However some GB files are over 20mb , i’m wondering if there is a setting somewhere where i can save the tune as an MP3 , not m4a so the file size will drop to below 20mb. A yone have any knowledge on setting that ? TIA
