if I export an iMovie movie and upload it on a website, and my whole movie is made up of different pictures in my camera roll combined, and after I uploaded the export movie I edited and deleted some photos that is in my movie from my camera roll on my phone, will the exported movie be unavailable or be changed?

Exported movies are stand-a-lone. They are no longer linked to iMovie and will not be changed by subsequent editions to the project.
