Good evening I can no longer upload my music to my iPod mini even though I have a regular Apple account. It doesn't even recognize my device. Do you have solutions? Thank you

Does it not appear there?
It should show a device icon in iTunes?

You need to explain exactly what is happening and where the process is not working as you expect. Otherwise we cannot help you.
A HomePod and an iPod are very different things.
Are you referring to a small round speaker or are you referring the rectangular or square music player?
Please clarify exactly what this device is you are having issues with.
What doesn't recognize your device exactly?
You cannot upload music to a HomePod. Its a speaker it has no internal storage music, it only streams music from iTunes or from the Apple Music subscription service.
If you are referring to an actual iPod and not a HomePod, then where are you looking for your iPod exactly? iTunes? Do you have the Music app for Windows installed?
Please explain in as much detail as possible what you are doing and what device is actually involved.
