Unable to downloading apps from App Store, taking very long

Hi so a few days ago i accidentally deleted one of my apps and i wanted to reinstall it, and after few minutes later it wasnt even started downloading and i got confused and opened my app store then i saw a timer right next to the round thing that shows installing process and it was 4 hours, after few hours when i checked it again it was 6 hours now it is saying 11 hours help i have been unable to install it for few days
