How can I reinstall macOS after installing Windows 10 on MacBook Pro?

Hello,

I installed Windows 10 on my MacBook Pro via Bootcamp, but since then my Mac OS has disappeared, I must have done something wrong at one point…

So I tried putting it into recovery mode to reinstall the OS, but it says the disk is locked. How do I get around this to reinstall it ?

Thank you to everyone who takes the time to respond to me.

Sounds like you've got a firmware passcode on it. Is this your device?

If you can't remember the firmware passcode, you'll have to schedule an in-person service appointment with an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider- bring your Mac and your original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
