Hello,
When trying to view 360 Facebook photos on iPad Pro, they do not appear. All I see is a black screen. I also tried this on a friend’s iPad. Same issue.
They work perfectly on my iPhone 13.
Any help is appreciated..

Yes same problem with my iPad Air but no problem on iPhone 15. Facebook is one of those apps that if everything with it works ok especially where 360’s are concerned then avoid updating it. I’ve learned this over the years as a 360 photographer but my only mistake this time was that 2 days ago I selected update all on my iPad but forgot to stop the Facebook app updating and all of a sudden a perfectly working app becomes useless for viewing 360’s. It’s an app problem so like I did you need to report the problem to Facebook and hope for a fix very soon.
Same issue with new 2024 iPad Pro. Pano photos work fine on my iPhone 15 pro max and my iPad mini and worked perfectly fine with my 2021 iPad Pro before I traded it. FB app has updated a couple of times since purchase as has iPadOS but still no dice.
I also can no longer view 360 photos on Facebook on my iPad. Still viewed on my iPhone with no issues.
