How long does it take for IBook reviews to appear?

Customers are providing reviews and asking me how long it takes for them to appear. They are told they have reviewed the book but it does not appear.

Where did the rate and review feature go on my iPhone and iPad? I use an iPhone and an iPad and have always been able to leaving rates & reviews for books on Apple UNTIL the last update. apple books free books reviews are weird… I was reading the reviews on a couple of free books in the book app and it’s just complete gibberish??? it’s not just on one book it’s on multiple listed under “free books” just curious why they’re like that?
