Will overnight FaceTime calls and charging impact my iPad's battery health?

Basically, I keep my iPad Pro (5th generation) on a FaceTime call with my brother while it’s charging, my iPad’s camera and microphone are turned on and my iPad is still on the FaceTime call, I wanted to keep the FaceTime call on for the rest of the night while the both of us are sleeping, but I was afraid my iPad was gonna die (battery), so I plugged in my iPad, Microphone and camera are still active, for the whole night (8hrs).

Will plugging in my iPad while it’s on a FaceTime call with the camera and microphone on for the whole night affect my iPad’s battery life?

Your iPad will suffer no harm in being connected to external power for extended periods - whether in use or not. This usage model is common in Point of Sale and Kiosk applications. The iPad will optimally charge your iPad battery, modifying its charging strategy as appropriate.
