Bootcamp restart gives me question mark file.

Hello, I’ve been trying to use bootcamp on my MacBook pro (Late 2013 running MacOS Big Sur 11.7.10) and I’ve been trying to install windows (I’ve tried the latest and 1607 builds) on it using bootcamp but, whenever it restarts I get the flashing then solid question mark file. I looked through and tried to install it multiple times but I received the same result. What should I try differently?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.7
