Album artwork doesn't match song or movie This question is about my Apple Music and TV apps. I currently using OS Monterey (12.5.1) and Music/TV (1.2.5.7). I recently bought a new 14 Plus (iOS 16.0.2) and began syncing my phone to Music/TV. When it was done, the album cover artwork for many of my movies, playlists, and songs don't match. For example, I have a video of "The Little Mermaid" and the artwork is AC/DC's "For Those About to Rock". I'm not sure what happened because it was fine on my old phone. Is there a fix for this?

Apple Music: Incorrect album artwork Why has my album artwork gone haywire in Apple Music ? Some of my albums that used to have the correct artwork have somehow acquired incorrect artwork, eg albums acquiring artwork from podcasts, or artwork from totally different albums. Suspect this happened in the transition from iTunes to Music. Seems to be worse on iOS.

Apple Music App Showing Incorrect Artwork… AGAIN So I’ve seen this question posed over many years, and I have found fixes and work around up until this point. Why does the Apple Music app show correct album artwork sometimes, and then suddenly stop? I got a new iphone 14 pro, and re-added all of my own purchased music (using 16.5.1) but after about 50 albums, the artwork started becoming wrong for everything that cam after. I deleted what I’d uploaded and started again, but this time all artwork is wrong. I’ve tried all the old fixes: Removing an album’s artwork in iTunes and then changing the artwork to a different, unrelated image from the intended artwork. Then deleting that artwork and setting the artwork as the correct one. Zero effectiveness. Signing out of iTunes on the phone and signing back in. Zero effectiveness. Deleting the music app and re-adding all of my music. Effective for a short while and then everything is wrong. This method also takes approximately 4 hours to complete if I upload all of my music, so it’s not something I enjoy. This artwork problem has been recurring across iphones for several years now, and I’ve seen many people here complain and then find a fix that’s temporary. It seems the old fixes are no longer working. There has to be a solution. Changing to third party apps like Vox is not ideal, as Vox has way too many bugs of its own, and relies on the artwork the music app thinks is correct (when it’s not) if you rely on your existing library. There has to be a solution to this. I know Apple wants everyone to forgo their private collections and use the Apple Music service, but that’s simply not possible when their service has a limited catalog and your musical tastes aren’t on their radar in the slightest. Can someone help?
