Phone randomly locks itself while using it, I also don’t recieve notifications

So this has happend once before and my phone would randomly lock itself even if I was scrolling and looking at something, at the same time my phone doesn’t receive notifications and it won’t ring.

I have to go into an app (let’s just say a messaging app) then it will ding and messages will appear.

if I get a call 1 out of 5 calls my phone will actually ring. I have the iPhone 14 Pro Max so it’s definitely not old.

I have rebooted my phone I have put the ringer volume on max and I’ve went into each individual notification setting and allowed them all also in the apps notification setting and still nothing.
