Unable to send SMS
I recently converted my physical SIM to an eSIM (Airtel), as per the policy SMS services are suspended for 24Hrs but in my case it’s been almost a week and still I can’t send any SMS, I am able to receive them though. The error shows “Not delivered”.
I have spoken with my carrier they stated all my services are active and it might be an issue with my iPhone. I even spoke with Apple’s customer support they said things are all okay.
I don’t understand what to do now, I have tried every troubleshooting method but issue is not resolved.
