Deleted Photos keep re-appearing after iOS 17.5

This is a known glitch. Most likely it is tied to your Apple ID and if you erased the device they're not appearing there.

There are a lot of rumors about this happening. What you best can do is provide feedback to apple via this form

Nope, it does NOT fix the issue.

Nor did it fix my issue with Reminders no longer working either.

July 14/24 After updating iPhone and iPads to iOS 17.5.1 previously deleted photos have reappeared . Why

Nope, 17.5.1 does NOT fix the issue.

It is Supposed to fix it but it didn't.

I even did a full reboot of my iphone afterward.

All of my apps are up to date also.

Hundreds of photos now on my phone going back to 2019.

No delete options anywhere. Trash can stays grayed-out.

Did nothing at all to restore all photos and videos that mysteriously disappeared and some say irreplaceable! I paid for extra cloud space monthly. I should have made hard copies of all photos and videos!
