Why is keynote duplicating ONE random presenter note across all slides?

Out of nowhere, Keynote duplicates ONE random presenter note across all slides and loses all previous notes.

  1. Is their a fix?
  2. The last update on this issue was 2019, why has Apple not fixed this serious problem? It's enough to make me switch to PowerPoint.
