Can't share folders & drives from OS 10.15 to OS 14.4

I have an older MacMini (Late 2012) running 10.15.7 as a file server to 3 other MacMini's and a MacBookPro running 14.4 for MacBookPro (OS 14.4), 1 MacMini 2018 (Os 14.3), 1 MacMini 2010 (10.8), 1 MacMini 2012 (Late 2012)running OS 10.15.7.

That being said they all see the shared drives from MacMini Server but when I try to open any drive it says it can't be found! So the problem is with the Server not the other Macs. I have de-selected file share restarted and select file share once again but with same results.

I need some help!
