contacts widget not showing map (location)

I have a contact widget with my family configured to it.

Out of three contacts, when I open 2, they are open with a map showing the current contact location.

One dose not open with any map or location.

The thing is, when I look at the widget before opening the contact page, I do see the correct address where the contact is at that moment. further more, on find my, I can see the contact location (him and all of his devices).

I have tried to look for any differences between the definition of the 3 contacts on my phone and also on their phones (looked into sharing settings) and found nothing.
