left airpod pro isn’t working and Ive been trying to reset my airpods pro for a while but it doesn’t seem to be resetting.
Even the case doesn’t blink from amber to white when the button is held for 15 seconds.

Make sure your AirPods Pro case is fully charged and clean the charging ports with a soft, dry cloth. Try resetting by holding the setup button on the back of the case for 15 seconds with the lid open; the light should flash amber then white. If the left AirPod still isn't working, clean the mesh part on it. If these steps don’t work, consider reaching out to Apple Support or visiting an Apple Store for help

While cleaning your AirPods is certainly not a bad idea, it is unlikely to fix one that isn't working. Here's Apple's comprehensive troubleshooting guide:
