Automate BCC to a CRM from only one of my email accounts.

I am looking for a way to BCC all mail from only one of my email accounts within the Apple Mail client.

I have 6 or 7 email accounts that I have plugged into my Apple Mail manager. One of those accounts I would like to add a BCC to, so that all email sent from it is also added to my CRM. Is there a way to:

  1. Auto BCC to an account other than back to the sending account?
  2. To selectively apply this rule so that it only sends from one of the accounts?
  3. Prevent BCC if I am sending email only to internal email addresses?
  4. Is there a way to do this on both a Mac and iPhone?

Thanks,

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.4

Settings> Composing Tab: Select “automatically Bcc Myself” check the box and choose Bcc from the drop down menu.

Settings > Rules tab: Create a rule that is triggered when all conditions are met: From = your email & “any Recipient = your email. In the actions for the rule, you can choose to have the message redirected to another address or you can forward the message and then ad an action to archive or delete the message. (I recommend using redirect, but you may want to forward and move the email to a folder for your own reference)
