If you would like to use the same mobile number on a new Apple ID you will need to remove the number from your Old Apple ID. I have attached some steps below that will help you remove the password from you old Apple account.

1. Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details -> https://appleid.apple.com
2. Add the phone number to your new Apple ID.
3. Visit this Apple Support article for further assistance to Use your mobile phone number as your Apple ID - Apple Support.

Please note that you should remove the mobile number from the old Apple ID before trying to associate it with the new one. This is because Apple uses your mobile number for two-factor authentication, and a number can’t be used for two-factor authentication for two different Apple ID's at the same time.
