I can't click on the "Manage Devices" link in Itunes Account

I need to remove some devices from Itunes so that I can authorize it for my new laptop. When I get to the Account tab in Music, I try to click on the option that says, "Manage Devices". But it won't let me click on it, even though it says I have 8 devices connected to Itunes. I need to be able to see what these devices are so that I can remove 4 of them and then will be able to authorize Itunes for my new Macbook. Why is the hyperlink not working? Please see image above.

Thank you for posting this ellen_3800, as I`m running into this same issue as well. When I first clicked `manage devices` it gave me a lengthy link to which was un-clickable. When going back to `account settings` to try again, `manage devices` then became inactive but still appeared blue. This laptop is fairly new so I`m wondering if it has to do with an update. Hoping there is a solution to this.
