I need to know couple of answers

Hi, I am from Bangladesh. Apple does not have any official store in Bangladesh. But they recently opened an official store in India. I am thinking of going to India and buy MacBook Air m3 from official Apple Store. But I need to know couple of things-

1. can I order my MacBook Air m3 online from Apple Store India (official Apple Store website of India ) website and I need the delivery in kolkata. I mean I know the official Apple Store is in Mumbai. But can they give delivery to kolkata if I order in the website ? Or is there any way to order online?
2. I am a University student in Bangladesh. So can I get student (education discount) discount from Apple? Remember I am a University student in Bangladesh not India. Will they accept my ID card?

please answer the question. I really need to know. If they don’t have the online purchase system then it will be really tough for me sadly :(
