Siri issues

Hi all,

I'm having a couple different issues with Siri, can someone help me fix these?

  1. Sometimes I will ask Siri to do something, then hit the home button to dismiss Siri and return to the screen I was last on, but it won't go away. I know several people who have encountered this, has this been reported to Apple?
  2. Conversely, if I ask Siri for something that I actually need to look at for a while, after about five seconds, the screen will return to what I was previously looking at. How do I either disable this feature or increase the length of time before I am returned to the screen I was on?
  3. Lastly, if I use Siri to identify a song, it used to put it on a separate tab of the item list if it could be found in the iTunes store. For a while now though, that list has been empty despite me having it identify songs every once in a while. What's up here?

So why does the Siri item in the item list still appear if it doesn't work anymore? I used to be able to have Siri identify a song and it would put it in that specific section of the item list where then I could preview it and either buy it or add it to my wish list.

Also, with the interaction time, I noticed this a couple weeks ago when I asked Siri for the MLB standings. I was able to view them, but then the screen switched back to my home screen before I could finish looking at them. How can this be avoided? This never used to happen before iOS17.
