Siri issues

Hi all,

I'm having a couple different issues with Siri, can someone help me fix these?

Sometimes I will ask Siri to do something, then hit the home button to dismiss Siri and return to the screen I was last on, but it won't go away. I know several people who have encountered this, has this been reported to Apple?
Conversely, if I ask Siri for something that I actually need to look at for a while, after about five seconds, the screen will return to what I was previously looking at. How do I either disable this feature or increase the length of time before I am returned to the screen I was on?
Lastly, if I use Siri to identify a song, it used to put it on a separate tab of the item list if it could be found in the iTunes store. For a while now though, that list has been empty despite me having it identify songs every once in a while. What's up here?

There isn't a direct setting to extend Siri interaction time

You can try:

Shazam app: This is a popular song identification app that often integrates with Apple Music.
Ask Siri to play the song using Apple Music or another streaming service you have linked.

So why does the Siri item in the item list still appear if it doesn't work anymore? I used to be able to have Siri identify a song and it would put it in that specific section of the item list where then I could preview it and either buy it or add it to my wish list.

Also, with the interaction time, I noticed this a couple weeks ago when I asked Siri for the MLB standings. I was able to view them, but then the screen switched back to my home screen before I could finish looking at them. How can this be avoided? This never used to happen before iOS17.
