How to stop MacBook from draining while in sleep mode?

I've recently bought the 2022 MacBook Air and realised it drains quite a lot while in sleep mode. I put it in sleep mode for a day and it drained from about 70% to now 40% but it says 100% on battery health. Any advice will be helpful.

First off, make sure to close all apps before putting it to sleep. Then, head over to System Preferences > Energy Saver and tweak the settings there to optimize battery life during sleep mode. Also, double-check if "Power Nap" is turned off, as it might be sapping your battery without you realizing it.

Another thing to try is updating your macOS. Sometimes, those updates include fixes for battery drain issues.
