Apple Pay Cash Card Under Review

Why is my Apple Pay Cash cards under review? Only thing I did was transfer money from my account to chime (500$) & it went under review. They said it could take up to 24hrs or less than 24hrs… it’s under review for nothing they wouldn’t tell me why it was under either. I prefer people not to use Apple Pay.
