Haptic feedback, slight random bumps occur throughout the phone usage day

My iPhone’s haptic feature seems to be triggered randomly throughout the day. It is a very small pulse, maybe 1/60 th of a second, and it will happen multiple times, usually approximately 10 seconds to a minute or so apart. It can happen while watching YouTube videos or at other random times throughout a normal day’s of use. I really don’t want to turn off haptics, but whatever is happening, is there a way to troubleshoot this issue to find out what exactly is going on? It is an iPhone 13 Pro Max.

I noticed this occurring during YouTube videos as well and finally figured out that it seems to indicate chapter breaks in the video. Very unnecessary feature, not sure why it exists or if you can turn it off within YouTube, but it’s not a bug.
