transfer data from iphone to android

I was still using an iPhone at the beginning of last year, and all my iPhone data was backed up in iTunes. Around May or June, I now want to switch back to Android and transfer data from iPhone to Android.

I'd like to ask if there's a way to do it.

Thank you, everyone~
