Disk Management.disenter error 49223 I did have a NTFS external Hard Drive mounted so I could read and duplicate from it, but now I cant. How to restore without erasing the hard drive?

I used to be able to read a NTFS external Hard drive, but now I cant and attempting to remount it through disk utility only produces Could not mount “J Zaurs G Drive”. (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 49223.)
