AirPods Pro sound issues

Hello,

I want to address and what to do with the problem that I´m facing. Airpods Pro (1.Generation) that I bought in August of 2021. Since then it´s been approx 2 years untill the problem starts occuring. I have constant buzzing in my ears when I use headphones and on calls no one can hear me. I´ve been looking on the internet for a solution and found article from apple -> Service program for Airpods Pro (1. Generation) but only for those who were manufactured before October 2020 (mine was manufactured March 2021). Therefore I went to authoristation service several times, contacted Apple Support but they both told me that they are tied up by the date stated in service program (AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues - Apple Support) and from their position that is not really anything they can do for me. So I want to ask, is there anything that I can do? Because there is clearly faulty parts manufactured after October 2020.
