Apple Music songs won’t download

I updated iOS to 17.4.1 on Wednesday and since the next day Apple Music doesn’t download any songs (I’m not sure if the issue is related to that). Once I hit the download button (arrow) it just looks like downloading but it’s not. I’ve read a bunch of old articles here and I did everything they suggested: turning off and on Sync Library, signing out and in Apple Music, restarting my iPhone, checking my network, restarting my network settings, cleaning my storage, checking my subscription (Apple Music is active), etc, and still doesn’t work. what can i do, because I’m paying for something that isn’t working as it should
