How to connect Apple Thunderbolt 2 to Ethernet Adapter on Windows 10

Hi, recently when I tried to connect an Apple Thunderbolt 2 to Ethernet adapter to my late 2013 Macbook Pro Retina 13" (with dual core intel i5 4258U, 8gb DDR3 and intel iris 5100 graphics) there was no Ethernet throughput when I checked on task manager, and when I tried to connect a VGA monitor though an Apple Thunderbolt 2 adapter it did not show any new monitors when I went to settings and checked display. Its running Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit, and I have deleted the MacOS partition as I intended to use it for gaming, and there are next to no games on Steam which support MacOS. Where can I find and download Thunderbolt 2 drivers so I can use my Apple extensions with Windows? Thanks in advance!
