Apple Watch problem

I have a problem with my Apple Watch. I used to connect it with my previous phone but that phone no longer is working. I purchased a new phone and try to connect it with it but it’s need my old Apple ID and password but I don’t remember any of it so what do I do. Please help

Hi disconnected my apple eight series ultra watch from the phone. It was linked to an upgraded that phone to watch now says it is ready to pair to the new phone and when I go to pair it, it says that I must enter the old Apple ID I be Hi, disconnected my phone in which it was attached to and traded that in for the upgrade to the 14 series it said it was ready to pair to the new phone but now it’s asking me for the old Apple ID and password which I have forgotten is in there a way around this? Thank you.
