Not able to use ICICI bank app I phone 7

As an iPhone 7 can run no higher iOS that 15, you need to check with your bank to see if their system still supports older iOS versions.

I just checked the App store from my iPhone and the current version of the app appears to require iOS17 or later. Only your bank can confirm.

Does you phone connect to the Internet for other services? If yes then contact the bank and ask them if their server is down.
