Airpods Max not working properly

After the update 17.4.1 my airpods max does not work properly anymore. It seems as if the bluetooth connection is malfunctioning. The pods keeps on reconnecting with the bluetooth. After a few factory resets the bluetooth was stabile but no sounds from the pods. No music, no incoming calls, nothing. Now i let the battery drained out and then let the pods charge, it made the connection right away upon charging but the bluetooth connection is not stabile at all. Has anybody else has these issues with the pods max after updating to the latest Ios update??

Inform Apple of this Fix:

Do your Part: Report this to Apple. Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what fixes to include in updates to come. These are just user-to-user forums. Apple will know nothing of your fix, if you don't report it to them.

Go Here: Feedback - AirPods - Apple
Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
Comment: on when you came access it issue, and wha the fix is. Include the URL of this thread.
Proceed from there as necessary

Hi,

already brought them to the Genius bar of the apple store. They can’t help me, i need to send them for a checkup. You rather buy new ones because the checkip price is $370. Come on Apple, these earpods are not even 2 years old and then i have to pay a fee which almost the price of a new one??? Apple needs to do better!!!
