Voicemail not playing on new iphone 15 pro

I receive voicemails but whenever I press the Play button it won’t do anything just stays at the start position and nothing plays. My iphone 15 pro is new and purchased last November. This issue only started just a couple of weeks back. How may I fix this issue?
