iPhone 13 Pro Screen Issues After iOS 17.3.1 Update - Requesting Assistance

Approximately two weeks ago, after updating my iPhone 13 Pro to iOS 17.3.1, I began experiencing significant problems with the screen.

Initially, green lines appeared across the display, gradually worsening until the screen became completely unresponsive. While it occasionally flickered back to normal for short periods, the issue always returned. I contacted Apple Care Chat Support, who recommended updating to iOS 17.4.  Though the screen seemed to work for a few hours, the green lines reappeared and continuing in the same condition. The touch function is working fine.
