Apple Pay has started intervening in how I pay for items on games. I wish PayPal to pay for items on games NOT Apple Pay. This is NOT about cancelling subscriptions. This is ABOUT apple accessing my bank to pay for purchases in relations to my games.

You will need to change your Payment Method on your Apple ID Account. I’ve linked two Apple support articles below. One lists the accepted Payment Methods by different countries. If PayPal is accepted in your Apple Store, you’ll be able to switch your Payment Methods to your preferred payment. The second support article explains how to change Payment Methods.
