9th Gen iPads Suddenly Will Not Charge

I have two 9th generation iPads that were purchased 13 months ago that suddenly will not charge. One is completely dead so I cannot check anything on it. The other one recently updated to 17.4.1 and that's when the problem seemed to start. It was charged to 100%, I unplugged it to use it and then when it was plugged back in it will no longer charge. I have tried all sorts of charging cords and chargers. I have tried the hard reset - nothing has worked. Anyone else experience issues like this? Any solutions?

My Ipad Pro hasn't worked properly since the IOS 17.4.1

update. It was sent into a continuous Boot Loop which you cannot stop.

Essentially the update has knackered my Ipad Pro First Generation which had

been working faultlessly until the update. It has undergone 2 hardware tests and all

the analytics have been sent to the Apple Engineers. They want me to accept a

refurbished Ipad Pro Ist Generation when mine had been screwed with Apple's

update and pay £477 for the privilege.
