Microsoft365 Personal not working on MacBook Air
I purchased Microsoft365 Personal when I bought my laptop at an apple store last week. When I attempted to install the product using the pin provided, the system informed me that it does not recognise the key. I reached out to Microsoft for assistance however after an hour or so of re-attempts I am still not able to activate the product. their final recommendation is to go back to the apple store where I bought it. Has someone else faced a similar issue?
