Turned on Apple TV today, and entire Up Next Row is gone. Also does not recognize me as a subscriber to Apple TV+. But if I click on "Trial Subscription" it says I'm already subscribed. I see previous posts in this forum that this happened in April 2023 as well, but there is no clear resolution there. Tried resetting Apple TV (Apple TV 4K), no luck.

I had the same issue, and I don't even subscribe to Apple TV+ so it is not related to the subscription I don't believe. My Up Next row was working fine one day, and gone the next. This was what fixed it my experience. I had to sign out on my Apple TV 4K (even though it still showed my name as the default user), and then sign back in. Open Settings on Apple TV. Go to Users and Accounts, then select the name listed as default user. Select Remove User from Apple TV. Then once I signed back in, the Up Next row reappeared. Hope this helps someone.

I am subscribed and after the recent update lots of my shows are not updating available episode what’s up ??
Update - I gave up and reset the Apple TV back to factory settings. Had to re-download all the apps and log into them again, but everything came back.
