My IMovie looks terrible when I share it to my iPhone

i exported a imovie to share it to my iphone but when i view it on my iohone the quality is 352x200. i exported in in 4k highest resoloution. how do I fix it ? Its a video i want to share with others in good res

4k share wont give 4k resolution on share (export) I shot a very short (6m30s) movie in 4k. The project shows the resolution of 4096 x 2160 25p, which is the settings as per camera (Canon 5DmkID). When I finished editing I chose Apple Devices 4k, but the exported movie is only in FHD. I tried again and checked in settings and the max resolution it will give in the drop down menu is 1920 x 1080. This is only a short movie and my MBP is fairly high spec - 16Gb RAM, Radeon Pro 560 4GB, Intel HD Graphics 1536 MB. Any idea how to solve this. I have tried export to Compressor and also end up with the same result - just takes twice as long.

Resolution changes in imovie Today i wanted to edit some vids but i came to a problem. I filmed some stuff with my iphone and edited it with imovie. When i exported the edited video, the resolution of my video was still the same but on the sides covered with black (look at the picture). Because of that i cant use i on social media. Can somebody help me fixing this. greetings Louis

Possible to change project quality iMovie? Hello, I just spent around 40 hours editing an hour and a half long edit of me and all my friends over our last summer in our hometown before moving off to college. I just went to export it and it's only allowing 540p. The first clip I added to it was low quality, but I later deleted it and kept working. How do I export this in higher quality?
